Shangri-La launched the brand as Hotel Jen in September 2014, turning Traders Singapore into Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway and rebranding other Traders hotels. The hotels now carry the name JEN by Shangri-La. The brand is built around ‘Jen’, a virtual hotelier who loves travel, and promises fresh, friendly and fuss-free stays.
