Wyndham launched Registry Collection Hotels in June 2021 as its luxury brand for independent resorts and hotels that keep their own character. The flagship was the Grand Residences Riviera Cancun in Mexico. Skift counted 16 hotels in five countries, mostly in Mexico, Brazil, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
